Our Story

Scott and Lin Sawyer have been dairy farming at this location since 1977.  They added quality beef with a herd purchased from Mill Creek Cattle Company, formerly owned by Cleve and Kathy Lansing. 

 Our animals are raised without added growth hormones or antibiotics used to promote growth. Our calves are raised by their mom's in open pastures. 

Our animals are raised with all the fresh air, sunshine and grass nature can provide in beautiful southern Lewis County, NY. Animals are grass fed and grass finished, no grain. Grass has been grown with no herbicides or chemical fertilizers. 

All winter feed is grown, harvested and stored here on our farm.
