Bulk orders are 1/4, 1/2 or a whole animal. When an animal is sent for processing approximately 60% comes back as ground beef.

Many people enjoy the convenience & savings of ordering whole, half or quarter of an animal. Once stored in your freezer, just decide which delicious package of beef to thaw, cook and serve!
Contact us to choose an appointment date that works for you and your budget. Once the animal goes to the butcher, Lin will contact you from 315-796-8878. She will let you know how much your pertion weights, tha hanging weight, and what is owed to pick up your order.
We accept cash, good checks and credit cards with an additional 4% convenience fee.
Meat is dry aged for 10 days for tenderness & flavor. The butcher Nolt's custom meat cutting will call you to get your instructions for your order for cutting and packaging specifics from 315-376-4712.
They are very good at helping you know what cuts you can ask or and how you might customize your order.
When your order is ready, Nolt's will contact you for payment on their fee for butcher, cut and wrap. Their fee is separate from ours and for the processing of your meat order.
Our current bulk order pricing:
1/4 = $5/lb.
1/2 = $4.75/lb.
Whole animal = $4.50/lb.
Some people choose to get a group of family or friends together to order under one name for cheaper pricing.
